This is a New Moon in particular is a time of internal transformation. Spirals of energy are building which can help to carry you through the next cycle. Calmly take in this energy and commit to what you've always wanted to be. Feel your truth and align yourself with it.

Open Yourself to All Dimensions
The desires you identify during the New Moon phase will become your actions for the next cycle that follows. Open yourself to all dimensions by looking at things with a different perspective. Are the beliefs you are currently holding serving your highest good? Where might a reframing of current beliefs be useful? Pay attention to your dreams and note the signs that are being communicated to you while you sleep.
Dream Pillow Ritual
You'll need some dried mugwort or thyme, a small square of cloth and some string to tie it closed.
Cleanse your space and herbs. Ask for the herb medicine to guide you through your dreams. Gently blow onto the herbs as you place them onto the square of fabric. Now tie it closed with the string and clap your hands to disperse the energy you have gathered.
Place the herb pillow underneath your pillow all night. When you awaken, note down your dreams in your dream journal or Grimoire.
