Your digital download will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been completed. Can't find the email? Please make sure to check your SPAM folder! Gmail and Hotmail in particular lov to hide our emails in various spam/promotions/social folders.You can also search for our email via the search function in your email account. Please search your inbox for any emails from our address, customercare@witchesofinsta.com.
Your purchase history as well as download links for all purchased products are also easily accessed via your onsite customer account. To create your free account, simply click the account icon (the icon of a person next to the shopping cart) on our homepage (witchesofinsta.com) and login using your facebook (or other social profile).

Two things, really:1) We make everything ourselves with a whole lot of love and attention.  You won't find our products on Amazon or being sold anywhere else for that matter! 2) Everything we sell has been tried and tested by us first so we know it's effective. Many of the spell sheets and instructions featured come from our own private grimoires which is pretty cool right?

Yes, absolutely! All of our grimoires feature spells and rituals which are suitable for beginners with easy-to-follow instructions. We also make sure to work with readily available tools and ingredients.

We print, package and ship literally everything ourselves from Berlin, Germany. This means that your order might take a little while to reach you if we are sending to you internationally. Please be patient and trust that the universe will deliver your spell books to you with perfect timing.

If you're in Germany, expect delivery within a couple of days after your order has been dispatched. For orders within Europe, expect 7 - 14 days delivery time. For orders being sent to the United States and the rest of the world, expect variable shipping times. Generally these fall between 14- 30 days.  Please note, COVID is messing with delivery times and occasionally orders are sea freighted (this is outside of our control) which leads to extended delivery time. We dispatch your order twice per week.

We can only refund orders for non-delivery if you have purchased the tracking option during checkout. Orders without tracking are purchased at your own risk. Thankfully, we have found the post to be quite reliable. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us via email at customercare@witchesofinsta.com if you are experiencing any problems with your order. Please include your order number when you email us! If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us with your order number so that we can send you our return shipping address. Please note; the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. 

We are super happy to be able to offer FREE economy shipping on all orders! Please note, all purchases sent via the FREE economy shipping option are UNTRACKED. This means you purchase at your own risk as we cannot guarantee delivery (in our experience, the post is pretty reliable and all of our orders have arrived thus far). If you would like more security for your package, please add the tracked shipping upgrade to your order during checkout. This only costs $4 extra and provides you with additional peace of mind.
