  • SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES. We offer FREE worldwide shipping via an economy shipping service from Deutsche Post.  All of our products are shipped from BERLIN, Germany. Please allow 14-30 days delivery time!.
  • COVID RELATED DELAYS. Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID pandemic, shipping times and delivery may be affected. Some of our packages are being sent via sea due to the lack of cargo flights worldwide. We aplogize for any delays. Please be patient and know that everyone is doing their best to deliver your order to you.
  • CUSTOMS IMPORT AND TAXES. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied to your order. Witches of Insta do not accept responsibility for any delays due to customs processing times.
  • DAMAGES. Witches of Insta does not accept responsibility packages damaged by shipping agents. However, if your package does arrive damaged, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
  • LOST PACKAGES. Witches of Insta does not accept responsibility for any packages lost during shipping. If the FREE untracked shipping method is selected, all responsibility ends when we hand your package over to the post office.  If you selected TRACKING at checkout and we can see that your order has not been delivered, we are happy to resend the items to you if you cover the shipping costs.  Alternatively, we can provide you with digital products to the same value as your original order at no extra cost.
  • UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES. If a package was returned to us due to an error on our end, (i.e we entered the wrong address) we will happily resend to you or offer you a full refund. If your package is returned to us because it was not collected from the post office, the address given to us was incorrect or it was simply undeliverable, we cannot take responsibility. In this case, we will happily resend your order but ask that you cover the renewed shipping costs.
