Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all of our products.
All of our products are shipped from Berlin, Germany.
We ship via Deutsche Post using an ECONOMY shipping service.
For international deliveries please allow 14 - 30 days delivery!
Please note that there may be some Covid-19 related shipping delays at the moment which can lead to extended delivery times. While we ship with an airmail method, please note that some packages are being sea freighted due to the low volume of flights currently operating. If your package is sea freighted, this will lead to significant delivery delays. This is something completely outside of our control but we apologize if you are impacted.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied to your order. Witches of Insta do not accept responsibility for delays due to customs.
Witches of Insta does not accept responsibility for any packages which sustain damage during shipping.
However, if this does happen, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do.
Witches of Insta do not accept responsibility for packages that are lost during shipping. If the free UNTRACKED shipping method is selected, all responsibility for delivery of your package ends when Witches of Insta hands the package over at the post office.
If you select TRACKING at checkout and we can see that your package hasn't been delivered, we are happy to resend the items purchased at no cost to you if you cover the shipping costs or we'll provide you with digital products to the same value as your original order at no further cost.
If your package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we will immediately get in touch with you. If the error turns out to be our fault (i.e. we've entered the wrong address) we'll happily resend your order out to you or refund you in full.
If your package is returned to us because the address was insufficient, some details were missing or it was simply undeliverable, we cannot take responsibility for this. We will happily resend your order to you but ask that you cover the shipping costs. If you would like to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, we will happily do so, however, the original shipping costs incurred by us will not be refunded.
